Work schedule: Full time (4 or 4.5 days/week may also be considered)
Location (NB: candidates must be UK-based): Remote with in-person meetings once a month in London
IR35 status: You must work via a Scroll approved Umbrella company

Minimum requirements:
Experience of:
- content design at a senior level
- healthcare content
- working to GDS and NHS standards and applying GOV.UK style
- content design and strategy for services, including working on discoveries and alphas
- summarising findings and recommendations in slide decks to communicate them to senior stakeholders
- advocating for user-centred content and design
- working with other user-centred design experts across UCD disciplines to design new services
- working in multidisciplinary teams / blended teams / rainbow teams
- agile processes and ways of working
- prototyping
